* 15-day warranty on all new & used parts and accessories unless otherwise expressed in writing. Manufacturer warranty must be requested if past 15-days.
1-year warranty on all iPhone replacement parts. All labor and software charges are final. Layaway deposits are non-refundable.
* Cost of parts may be required up front. A 20% restock fee of the retail price of the parts may be deducted from deposit if the repair/order is cancelled.
* Managed Services - Subscription & Billing contract required. For these services, you must have NET terms or credit card / ACH on file for billing. Early termination fees may apply. Additional services or repairs are billed separately.
* A $25 or 7.5% (whichever is greater) Late Fee will be automatically applied to ALL invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date printed on the invoice. Late fees are then added again every 1 Month if not paid.
