Standard Users
1. To start, download and save a tool called LightShot from here.
2. Once downloaded, install the program.

3. Once installed, just press the "Print Screen" key usually located at the top right end of the keyboard.
4. Once the "Print Screen" key is pressed, you should be able to select the area of the screen that you would like to crop to an image. Just drag the mound over the desired area to create a square outline of what will be cropped into the image.

5. Once you have selected the desired area, simply click that little save icon designated in the image above.
6. Save to the desired location, preferably Documents or Desktop for easy access to file later.
7. Once saved, you may email this to our support department with a description of the issue or present it to a technician during your service call.

Managed Clients
1. To start, right click on our support icon in your taskbar and select the option "Help Request Form"
2. Fill out the required information such as Subject (General Issue), Body (Detailed description of issue), Email and Phone.
3. Then select the box in the middle with the title "Images". This will allow you to take a screenshot directly and will automatically attach it to the Help Request Form.

4. Once filled out completely and your screenshots are attached, simply click the send button to submit the info and attachments to our support department.
