We found that many product implementation, IT service providers, and computer repair shops that offer similar services, do not provide top notch solutions to customers' needs. Most of them "patch" the problem instead of actually fixing the problem hoping that they get another call in the future to gain additional revenue from you, the customer. We do not find this to be a great business practice so we decided to offer an all around solution for computer repair and IT services that fix the problem once and for all and at an affordable price.
